Our church values community outreach, and because there's a need, the food pantry is very important.

In addition, it can serve as an emergency resource for our congregation. Church members are invited to please assist with any of the following:

🍏 Food Fund Drive - to contribute to the church c/o The Food Pantry

🍏 Grocery Basket - to donate non-perishables (please check expiration dates)

🍏 Volunteer - to sort and organize donations

Currently we are partnering with The Commission on Economic Opportunity’s Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Northeast Regional Food Bank;

they provide charitable organizations food to alleviate hunger and promote proper nutrition, particularly among children and the elderly.

It is the primary source of donated food for Northeastern Pennsylvania’s food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, and other programs.

However, Forty Fort UMC must do our part to assist their efforts. Thank you in advance for your support!
